Welcome to Settled Systems (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or purchasing any services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of Website
By using this website, you agree to: Use it for lawful purposes only, Not misuse, copy, or exploit any content without permission, Not interfere with the website’s functionality or security. All content is provided for informational and business purposes only.

2. Services
Settled Systems provides consulting services focused on: Business operations, Systems optimization, Workflow improvement, Organizational strategy. All services are strategic and advisory in nature unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

3. Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full prior to the start of service. No work will begin until payment is received and confirmed. Prices are subject to change at any time for future services. Payment confirms your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

4. No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of consulting services, time, expertise, and intellectual property are allocated immediately upon purchase. By purchasing services, you acknowledge and agree: No refunds will be issued for any reason. This includes unused services, partial completion, scheduling conflicts, or change of mind.

5. Scheduling & Attendance
Clients are responsible for: Scheduling sessions in a timely manner, Attending scheduled calls, Providing necessary information in advance. At least 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling. Missed sessions may be forfeited without refund.

6. Scope of Services
The scope of work is limited to the service or package purchased. Settled Systems provides: Strategic recommendations, Operational guidance, Systems analysis. Implementation of recommendations is the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. No Guarantee of Results
While we aim to deliver high-quality consulting services: No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed. Business success depends on multiple factors outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, and strategies provided by Settled Systems remain the property of the Company. Clients: May use materials for internal business purposes only, May not reproduce, distribute, or resell content without written consent.

9. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your business. All information shared will be kept private. We will not disclose sensitive information without consent, except where required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: Settled Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

11. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if: A client behaves in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner, The working relationship becomes unproductive. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

12. Third-Party Tools
This website and services may use third-party tools (such as payment processors or scheduling platforms). We are not responsible for: Errors or issues caused by third-party platforms, Their privacy practices or terms.

13. Limited Availability
To maintain a high level of service, Settled Systems works with a limited number of clients at any given time. Purchasing a service secures your place within current availability.

14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
